Alex Rins a remporté son premier triomphe avec Honda, pour laquelle il a été transféré de Suzuki avant la saison. Rins a remporté la première victoire de l'équipe LCR Honda depuis 2018. Rins s'est imposé avec près de trois secondes et demie d'avance sur l'Italien Luca Marini, le Français Fabio Quartararo étant troisième.
